Introducing: Bianca Odrljin

Bianca is currently the Management Systems Certification Manager, looking after certification in Australia and New Zealand. With over a decade in the Certification industry and a commercial background, Bianca has worked in many positions within the industry to ensure that she has a holistic understanding and approach to certification. Bianca ulitises her Bachelor of Business Marketing degree in her daily work at BV and is always trying to find a solution that is beneficial for her team and BV’s clients.

Beginning her certification journey in operations, then moving to sales and account management, Bianca has an insight into the certification business that assists clients with their problems and allows her to create end to end solutions, which create value and is an important part of certification in Australia with the market being so fragmented. From there, Bianca began managing teams and has worked in niche markets such as farm and food, which has enabled her to understand many different schemes and requirements for all types of industries in the Australian landscape.
