Introducing: Bronwen Silvester

Bronwen is the Key Account and Business Development Manager for Food and Management Systems for NSW, QLD and ACT. Bronwen started her corporate career in January 2011 in the Mining, Oil and Gas Industry, before moving into Certification in early 2016. She started out in the role as a Client Services Planning and scheduling officer. It wasn’t long before Bronwen was recognised for her natural ability and excellence in forging productive and lasting relationships with all levels of stakeholders, as well as demonstrating a high level of competence in client relationship management. It was as a result of Bronwen’s outstanding achievements, that she was promoted in early 2020 into the role of the Key Account Manager for the largest and most complex clients within this organisation.

With her extensive experience, expertise and knowledge across multiple industries and sectors, Bronwen has a strong understanding of the entire lifecycle and intricacies surrounding Certification for BV’s diverse client portfolio. Bronwen has account managed complex, multi-site organisations, including one of BV’s largest Global Key Accounts with great success. Bronwen works as a partner with her clients to ensure clear communication, effective project management and resolution of any issues.
