    BARS Accreditation: Why it Matters
In high-risk industries like mining, energy, and infrastructure, safety and compliance are not negotiable, especially when it comes to aviation support. That’s where the Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) comes in. Developed by the Flight Safety Foundation, BARS provides a globally recognised framework for managing aviation risk in contracted operations. Many leading organisations now require their service providers to be BARS-registered aircraft operators, particularly for work in remote or complex environments.

CCUS RAM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) Study
This case study highlights a RAM-based approach to minimising CO2 venting in CCUS facilities. By linking variable CO2 output from an LNG plant to each CCUS simulation, and calculating venting post-process, a more accurate and realistic assessment is achieved. The use of Monte Carlo simulation enhances reliability and supports data-driven optimisation of CO2 storage performance.
