Modern Slavery and Forced Labour: Preparing for proposed Australian penalties and the EUFLR
Join Bureau Veritas and Ardea International for an interactive morning workshop exploring the changing legal and enforcement landscape for Australian companies on modern slavery and forced labour and for Australian companies exporting products to the European Union (EU) subject to the European Union Forced Labour Regulation (EUFLR). Through expert insight and practical exercises, participants will explore how these developments may affect Australian companies, including in terms of regulatory exposure and preparedness. The workshop will include a facilitated, participatory, hands-on case study exercise based on a realistic hypothetical scenario to illustrate current and emerging challenges and to identify practical pathways and solutions to ensure compliance and best practices.
