Condition of Use

This document is an original containing the Company's independent results as at the time of intervention and upon client instructions. Any alteration of this document, without the Company's written permission is unlawful. 

As a condition of use, the user indemnifies the Company and its affiliates from and against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of user's use of this document, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by the user of the Company's terms and conditions. 

If the user is dissatisfied with the terms and conditions of this document, the user has the sole and exclusive remedy to discontinue using this document. The authenticity of the certificate is ensured as long as the digital signature details correspond with the Technical Signatory’s details as displayed on the certificate.
