Bureau Veritas Australia was a proud sponsor of the APPEA 2011 (Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association) Oil & Gas Conference at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre on April 11-13.  Bureau Veritas promoted its ability to offer strategic partnerships and a complete suite of services to the Oil & Gas industry.

The yearly APPEA Conference is the premier event for the oil & gas industry and this year’s conference broke records with over 2800 delegates in attendance.

Senior managers and technical advisors were in attendance and eager to discuss our leading solutions in Asset Integrity & Reliability Services, Risk & Safety Engineering, Pipeline Integrity Services and Petroleum & Coal Seam Gas.

Bureau Veritas sponsored three networking lounges giving us a large presence at the conference.  A coffee machine with a charismatic barista and the opportunity to win a new iPad in our Business Card Raffle drew many potential customers to our stand, which was in prime position next to Chevron.

We managed to give away all our Bureau Veritas merchandise and went through a lot of our specific sales collateral so look forward to the opportunities created from this conference, and to attending with an even bigger bang in 2012!
