    Solution
    Safety Cases

    Our capabilities include extensive experience in the preparation and revision of Safety Cases for both offshore and onshore Major Hazard Facilities (MHF). Bureau Veritas has received international recognition as being an ‘industry leader’ in its ability to develop Safety Cases. Since 2000, we have undertaken the development or update of over 50 Safety Cases, most requiring regulatory acceptance.

    Our team of engineers have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of all elements of a Safety Case and the associated regulatory and legislative requirements for MHF in Australia. Their experience includes the three major components of a Safety Case:

    - Facility Description;
    - Safety Management System;
    - Formal Safety Assessment.

    Safety & Risk Workshops

    Bureau Veritas prides itself on its ability to conduct workshops that give you the practical tools and know how to minimise safety risks. We offer a number of positive solutions ranging from planning, facilitating and scribing workshops to ensure your risk and safety strategies are second to none.
    Our Hazop facilitators are hand picked from the most experienced personnel in industry and are specially trained to provide you with the best service.
    Bureau Veritas uses a variety of tools to support the workshop process to enable:

    - more effective recording of workshop proceedings;
    - a quicker turnaround and delivery of workshop reports; and
    - efficient distribution of workshop recommendations to attendees.

    Online Risk Register & Action Tracking Software
    Online Risk Register and Action Tracking is Bureau Veritas’ proprietary software and is designed to store, assess, evaluate, treat, manage and monitor a company’s risk profile. In a secured framework, on-line access will assist with transparency, continuously keeping your risk profile up-to-date, as well as providing the foundation for operational hazard management.

    Relevant information such as documents, scanned photos and links to corporate procedures can be attached to hazards. The risk register can be customised with company- specific labels and risk matrices.
