The core business of Bureau Veritas Australia Minerals Group (Coal Services) is to service the technical needs of the Australian minerals industry by providing analytical facilities, technical support and consulting services. We have ten laboratory facilities employing over 450 staff.
From these facilities we provide various analytical and technical support services to the coal mining sector and other industries. These services include Bulk Commodities Certification (Superintending), Exploration & Borecore Services and Technical (Outsourcing) Services.
These ten facilities are accredited to ISO IEC 17025:2005, including the NATA Supplementary Requirements for Chemical Testing. Five of these facilities are located within the major coal ports where superintending is required. The other five are inland, close to the mining operations of major coal producers.
All facilities are supported by skilled, competent samplers and analysis personnel. Our staff are ready to respond promptly to your needs.
